Styal's heavyweight boxing sensation Tyson Fury has taken to Twitter to challenge former WBA champion David Haye to a match.

Undefeated Fury, who announced on YouTube that he will next step into the ring in December, called out Haye, who defeated Dereck Chisora in his controversial return to action in July.

Twenty-four-year-old Fury last fought in July, when he stopped New Yorker Vinny Maddalone to chalk up his 19th win, has Haye in his sights, claiming he’ll retire the former champion.

Tweeting directly to Haye, the 6ft 9in Fury posted: "while waiting for vitally y not fight me and try boost your WBC ranking."

Haye, who is thought to be lining up a fight with Vitali Klitschko, replied:"I’ll be chillin on a beach in Jamaica Dec 1."
