In their first match back after the half-term break, the Alderley Edge Ladies fives had a comprehensive 6-0 victory over Warrington seconds.
Although Alderley had a couple of key players missing through injury, they were favourites as they faced a side with just nine players.
From the off Alderley dominated and broke the deadlock through centre forward Helena Evans.
Warrington never recovered, and Kate Adamson doubled the score with a well placed shot. Rachel Stoner added the third from a short corner and Evans gave Edge a comfortable 4-0 lead at half-time.
After half-time Anna Noel’s clever flick made it five and Evans completed the win, and her hat-trick with a smart finish from the top of the D.
