Two men are suspected of breaking into a generator room at the site in Lower Withington, Macclesfield.

CCTV images have been released of one of the men police want to speak to following an alleged theft at Jodrell Bank Observatory.

Two men are alleged to have taken a specialist pressure washer worth more than £3,000.

Police believe the thieves used a silver Rover 400 to get away.

The theft occurred on the afternoon of Sunday, November 13. If you can identify the men call Cheshire Police on 101.
