A yoga teacher from Poynton has launched her own YouTube channel.

Susie Romei-Bown teaches yoga and relaxation classes in Poynton and Prestbury.

But now everyone can enjoy her expertise thanks to her free YouTube channel dedicated to yoga and relaxation.

Susie, who is a mum of two and former cabin crew for British Airways, took up yoga to help her improve a back injury after falling off her horse.

A qualified Hatha Yoga instructor, she came up with the idea of sharing her workouts on YouTube so that those who couldn’t attend classes could still benefit from five-minute sessions of yoga guidance.

Susie: “The aim of this channel is to bring wellbeing and fitness gradually to all those that want to follow it, working on different parts of the body at a time.

“I also want to show that I am just as normal as they are and that yoga doesn’t require you to be super skinny and flexible to start.

“People don’t realise that by doing five minutes’ yoga a day consistently, it will bring a big change into their lifestyle and health, and will change the way they live their lives forever, helping them to focus and be more conscious about their body and self-time.”

Susie’s videos are uploaded twice a week on her YouTube channel and show her practising in different locations across Cheshire, to show that people can get active wherever they are.
