A man missing from his home in Macclesfield has been found dead. Gerard Sheehy, 39, was discovered in undergrowth near to his home in Langley at around 5pm yesterday.
Mr Sheehy, who was married and had children, was reported missing on Saturday night by concerned family members.
He had not been seen since around 8:30pm that evening.
There are no suspicious cicumstances surrounding his death.
A file is being prepared for the coroner.
