Holiday makers have been left devastated after returning from their trips to find their cars have been stolen.

Eight cars have been taken from the car park at Airport Services Manchester, based on Altrincham Road, Styal.

The keys of a further seven vehicles have also been stolen, although the vehicles have not been taken.

The cars were taken between Tuesday, August 15, and Friday, September 1.

The stolen vehicles include:

  • A White Mercedes A180 (15 plate)
  • A Black Mercedes GLE 350 AMG (16 plate)
  • A Black Mercedes E220 (17 plate)
  • A Grey Mercedes C43 AMG (16 plate)
  • A Silver Mercedes GLA 220 (16 plate)
  • A White Range Rover Evoque (16 plate)
  • A White Toyota Rav 4 (15 plate)
  • A White Audi Q5 (16 plate)

Police Constable Chris Howard is appealing to anyone who has any information relating to the offences.

He said: “Investigations in relation to these incidents are currently ongoing and we are following a numbers of lines of enquiry. As part of the investigation I’m keen to hear from anyone who believes that they may have any information in relation to the thefts.

“While this car park is located in a rural area, I truly believe that somebody out there will have more information in relation to these incidents and I urge them to come forward.

“The victims in this case have been left totally devastated and shocked by these incidents, many of them had returned from family holidays to find that their cars had been stolen.”

Anyone with any information in relation to the incidents is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 892 16/8/2017. Information can also be passed anonymously, via Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.
