BARGAIN Hunt presenter David Dickinson is set to swap the luxury of his Bollington farmhouse for a hammock in the wild when he joins the next series of 'I'm A Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here'.

The perma-tanned presenter, famous for his 'cheap as chips' catchphrase, will be jetting out to Australia with the likes of former basketball star Dennis Rodman and actress Lisa Faulkner for the fifth series of the hit ITV show.

Hosted by the popular duo Ant and Dec and due to air at the end of November, the programme takes celebrities away from their pampered existence and drops them in the middle of the rainforest.

Surrounded by snakes and spiders, the contestants must complete bizarre tasks like swimming with crocodiles and eating live bugs to win food for the camp.

It will all be a world away from the lifestyle the antiques expert known as 'The Duke' currently enjoys at his Cocksheadey Road converted barn - set in one-and-a-half acres of Cheshire countryside - which he shares with his wife Lorne.

A programme insider said: "He's a brilliant signing for us and viewers will love him. He's very funny, but he does have a bit of a temper on him and can be a diva.

"If he's got any chores to do around the campsite then expect to see him in his hammock topping up his tan."
