  • John Heywood, 46, of Plumpton Close, Oldham, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on London Road South in Poynton. He was fined £300 and banned for six months.
  • Michelle Wardle, 43, of Davies Street, Macclesfield, was found guilty of assault. She was bailed for the sentence on August 30.

  • Mark Christopher Cooper, 30, of Woodland Court, Alsager, admitted theft of alcohol from tesco in Macclesfield on August 9. He also admitted breaching court orders. He was jailed for 70 days.
  • Cieran Fielden, 18, of Burns Road, Congleton, admitted theft of a mobile phone in Macclesfield, He was given 80 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £240 compensation.
  • Andrew Chadwick, 28, of no fixed abode, admitted possession of amphetamine on Churchill Way, Macclesfield, and breaching a court order. He was fined £300.
  • Neal Adams, 42, of Ash Grove, Macclesfield, admitted theft of wine and breaching a restraining order. He was jailed for 20 weeks.
  • David Brian George Mellor, 25, of Brook Street, Macclesfield, admitted two charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order for an offence of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was remanded in custody to Chester Crown Court on September 13 for the sentence.
  • Grant kennerley, 24, of Knight Street, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving, and driving without a licence and insurance. He was fined £240 and banned for a total of 40 months.
