Recent cases from South and East Cheshire magistrates court:
- Walter Peterson Abbey, 41, of Lansdowne Street, Macclesfield, admitted three charges of theft. He was given a eight week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
- Richard Ennis, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing two bottles of vodka. He was jailed for six weeks.
- Nathan James Boyd, 22, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, and assaulting a police constable. He was fined £160.
- Carla Sjoerdsma, 32, of Lansdowne Street, Macclesfield, admitted two charges of theft and breaching a conditional discharge. She was sentenced to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.
- Paul William Lewis Wardle, 27, of Coronation Street, Blackpool, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Macclesfield and breaching a conditional discharge. He was fined £80.
