Matthew William Clayton, 32, of Moss Lane, Macclesfield, denied breaching a restraining order. He was bailed to attend court on May 10 for trial.

Iaine Thomas Jones, 29, of Percyvale Street, Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage and two charges of assault by beating. He was jailed for 18 weeks and was given a five-year restraining order banning him from contacting his victim or going within 50m of Hulley Road, Macclesfield.

Jan Maria Englebert Felix Berges, 61, of Kenilworth Road, Macclesfield, admitted speeding on Manchester Road. He was fined £80 and had his licence endorsed with three points.

Rebecca Marie Hill-Ward, 30, of Commercial Road, Stockport, was found guilty in her absence of assault by beating. A warrant for her arrest was issued by the court.

Katie Goodwin, 23, of Wickfield Mews, Poynton, admitted assault by beating. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

David Andrew Sullivan, 48, of Blackden Walk, Wilmslow, appeared charged with assault by beating in Nether Alderley. He
was bailed to attend court on February 26 for a plea.

Michelle Deborah Towns, of no fixed abode, Macclesfield, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison. She was fined £40.

Irene Kay Bradbury, 53, of Brocklehurst Avenue, Macclesfield, denied assault by beating. She was bailed to appear in court on April 12.

Hayley Ann Elizabeth Griffiths, 20, of Gainsborough Court, Stewart Street, Crewe, denied three charges of assault by beating and criminal damage at Macclesfield Hospital. She was bailed to court on March 30 for a case management hearing.

Christopher Andrew Walker, 40, of Diglands Avenue, New Mills, denied driving without due care and attention on Silk Road, Macclesfield and
failing to stop after an accident in which someone was injured on August 22. He was bailed to court on June 9 for trial.
