Ready meals manufacturer The Authentic Food Company has signed up Gordon Ramsey's favourite Chinese chefs to develop recipes for a new range.
It has recruited Victor and Vinny Yu, of the Yu & You restaurant in Blackburn, to oversee the development and production of of its Oriental food range.
Yu & You was named best Chinese restaurant in the UK 2010 by Gordon Ramsay in his Channel 4 series Ramsay's Best Restaurant.
The new dishes will be launched in the spring, including a chow mein and a king prawn recipe in a Cantonese sauce.

The Authentic Food Company is a family firm, founded in 1985, which employs around 250 staff across its headquarters in Sharston, Wythenshawe and sites in Stockport and Cheadle.
It makes frozen Indian, Oriental, Mediterranean and British dishes for the retail and food service sectors.
The £35m-turnover company was founded by Lak Basran and his wife Kamal, and has been run by son Nik since 2007.
It supplies supermarkets, pubs, hotels, restaurants, healthcare, travel and industry customers, including Punch, 3663, Stenaline, Morrisons, Co-operative Group and Asda.
