• Mark Bailey, 30, of No fixed abode, admitted criminal damage of a window in Poynton. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £475 compensation.
  • Jordan McAuley Collins, 19, of no fixed abode in Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage of household items in Macclesfield. He was given a community order with 40 hours unpaid work. He was also banned from entering Lumley Road, Macclesfield until December 9 and ordered to pay £70 compensation.
  • Wesley Iain Dixon, 27, of Maple Avenue, Macclesfield, has appeared in court accused of using or threatening violence on another person and criminal damage. He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court on November 25.
  • Liam Eugene Stockton, 23, of Byron Street, Macclesfield, admitted two charges of breaching a restraining order. He was given a community order with 40 hours unpaid work.
  • Jason Dean Hassall, 29, of Suffolk Close, Macclesfield, admitted being drunk and disorderly in public and breaching a suspended sentence made in October 2014 for assault. He was fined £35.
  • Thomas David Hopkinson, 34, of Priory Lane, Macclesfield, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
  • Philip James Moss, 62, of Rutland Road, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving. He was fined £110 and banned for 16 months.
  • Thomas William Sheldon, 29, of Quayside, Stoke on Trent, admitted two charges of assault in Macclesfield. He was given a community order with 40 hours unpaid work.
  • Ian Robert Swainston-Leigh, 30, of Gorsey Bank, Matlock, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Macclesfield, and resisting arrest. He was fined £40.
  • Amy Suzanne Stewart, 33, of Langford Street, Macclesfield admitted failing to attend unpaid work sessions ordered by the court for racially aggravated assault. She was given a six week curfew.
  • Stephen Day, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was jailed for two weeks.
  • Mark David Maher-Burns, 35, of Park Road, Congleton, admitted assault in Macclesfield. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge.
  • Craig Shaw, 53, of Nicholson Avenue, Macclesfield, admitted four charges of assault on a basis. There will be a newton hearing om February 18.
  • Andrew David Ashton, 44, of Buxton Road, Macclesfield, admitted being drunk and disorderly, and assault. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
  • Christine Louise Statham, 37, of Hazel Wood, Wilmslow, admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle while above the drink drive limit in Poynton. She was fined £443 and banned from driving for three months.
  • Percy Newton, 83, of Copper Street, Macclesfield, denied sexual touching. He was bailed to appear in court for the trial on January 12.
  • Thomas John Quadrio, 31, of Abbey Road, Macclesfield, has appeared in court on two charges of conspiracy to supply class A drugs. He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester on November 30.
  • Sally Anne Hall, 47, of Countess Road, Macclesfield, admitted drug driving. She was dined £120 and banned from driving for 12 months.
  • Marcin Ospowicz, 35, of Waterside Mill, Knight Street, Macclesfield, admitted taking a vehicle without consent and driving without insurance. He was given six penalty points and a community order with 100 hours unpaid work.
  • Simpson, 45, of Salop Walk, Macclesfield, denied drinking driving. He was bailed to appear in court on March 3 for the trial.
