• Scott Joseph Cole, 24, of no fixed abode, Macclesfield, admitted theft of food and possession of diazepam. The offences breaches a suspended sentence for threatening behaviour and criminal damage. He was jailed for 16 weeks.
  • John Whitmore, 20, of Clever Mews, Macclesfield, admitted drug driving. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for 12 months.
  • Carl Jason Turner, 34, of Sunny Bank Close, Macclesfield, admitted drug driving. He was fined £120 and banned for 12 months.
  • Kyle Thomas Williamson, 23, of Frith Terrace, Macclesfield, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle. He was fined £300 and banned from driving for two years.
  • Andrew Anthony Bondswell, 51, of Tynedale Close, Macclesfield, appeared in court charged with nine counts of fraud and two counts of theft. He was bailed to attend Chester Crown Court on May 13.
  • Cameron Slessor, 34, of Deerpark Road, Manchester, admitted criminal damage of a car in Macclesfield and obstructing a constable. He was bailed to court on May 11 for the sentence.
  • Ryan Robert Alan Worth, 31, of Dale Crescent, Congleton, admitted possession of diamorphine in Macclesfield, failing to surrender to bail and failing to comply with supervision requirements following his release from prison. He was jailed for six weeks.
  • Peter Vernon Moores, 44, of Station Road, Handforth, admitted assault by beating in Macclesfield. He was given a community order with rehabilitation requirement for 35 days.
  • Mark Joseph Owens, 53, of Sandwich Drive, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and two charges of assault. He was bailed to Chester Crown Court for sentence on May 19.
  • Anthony John Dobson, 50, of Rippingham Road, Manchester, admitted assault by beating in Macclesfield. He was given a community order with rehabilitation activity. He was also fined £1,400.
