Daniel Lee Wolfenden, 35, of Birch Lane, Manchester, admitted possession of cocaine and heroin in Rainow. He was fined £120.

Louise Denise Smith, 37, of Parkgate Road, Macclesfield, admitted two charges of assault and three charges of criminal damage. She was given 200 hours unpaid work and a restraining order banning her from entering Halton Street for two years. She must also pay £150 compensation.

Shayne Roy Dawson, 45, of Renfrew Close, Macclesfield, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was jailed for five weeks and banned from entering the White Lion pub on Mill Street for 12 months.

Nichola Jane Beardmore, 46, of West Park Drive, Macclesfield, admitted the theft of lamb shanks from Sainsbury’s. She was fined £40.

David Edward Morgan, 26, of Derby Street, Crewe, admitted theft of £5 cash from Juan Bios in Macclesfield. He was fined £80.

Mark Pearse, 30, of Moor Lane, Woodford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Macclesfield. He was given a conditional discharge.

Adam Michael Painter, 28, of Pavilion Way, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving. He was fined £400 and banned for 18 months.

Callum Michael McFarlane, 23, of Belgreave Road, Macclesfield, admitted assault. He was fined £200 and was ordered to pay £150 compensation.

Daniel Whitmore, 22, of Priory Lane, Macclesfield, admitted assault and criminal damage on a basis. He was bailed for the newton hearing on November 11.

Darren Peter Farquharson, 41, of Churchside, Macclesfield, admitted theft of Southern Fried Chicken wraps from the Co-Op. He was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £5.60 compensation.

Ryan Alan Barstead, 28, of Hewetson Crescent, Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage of a patio and resisting a police constable. He was given a curfew for four weeks, a restraining order for a year and fined £80. He must also pay £100 compensation.

Stuart James McAinsh, 30, of Orchid Street, Manchester, admitted theft of a Hoover vacuum cleaner from B&M stores in Macclesfield. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £59.99 compensation.

Ashley Stephen Campbell, 27, of Frobisher Place, Stockport, admitted possession of cannabis in Macclesfield. He was fined £40.

Adem Kelleher, 28, of Sunderland Street, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving. He was fined £120 and was banned for 18 months.
