Debut day for hockey team

MACCLESFIELD Junior Girls hockey team took part in their first tournament on Sunday.
Despite the very young team being in only its second year, Macclesfield played eight games, winning two convincingly, drawing two and narrowly being beaten in the other four.
The team trains on Sunday mornings from 10.30am until midday at Macclesfield College.
They would welcome any new players aged between five and 13 years old.
Players of all skill levels and experience are welcome.
