FINALISTS: Macclesfield and District FA Youth team reached the final for the fifth time in eight years.
Injuries hinder Youth

INJURY-HIT Macclesfield and District FA youth team just missed out in the final of the prestigious Umbro International Youth Soccer Tournament.
Missing five players through injury, the lads lost 2-0 against Bolton in the decider of the four-day competition.
It was still a fantastic achievement from the 16 to 17-year-olds, who were playing in 18 to 19-year-olds age group against teams from Manchester, Republic of Ireland and Norway.
Macc progressed through the group stages before they defeated local rivals Altrincham FC 3-1 in the semi-final to reach the final for the fifth time in eight years.
