Silkmen aiming for cup run

SOCCER: Macc gaffer Dave Moss wants his team to keep up their winning ways.
The Silkmen's win at Torquay makes it three wins on the trot - following successes against Luton Town and Forest Green Rovers - and Moss wants such form to continue on Saturday.
Macclesfield entertain Swansea at home in the FA Cup second round and a win could book them a money-grabbing clash against a top Premiership outfit in the third.
Moss said: "I asked the lads to go on a run and now we have won our last three matches which puts us in good stead ahead of next week's FA Cup tie against Swansea.
"I have told them I want to keep the run going even though it's the cup. The cup is important financially to a club like outs and this is just the lift we needed.
"I thought we looked a bit leggy in the first half but no wonder, it took us two hours to get through in the FA Cup in midweek at Forest Green."
