Silkmen denied by late equaliser

The Silkmen earned a valuable point against Darlington last night (Tuesday) and would have secured a win but for a late equaliser.
Darlington deservedly drew level with just 13 minutes remaining to earn a share of the spoils.
Macc took the lead completely against the run of play in the 12th minute.
Chris Priest broke down the right and crossed low into the penalty area where Lee Glover touched the ball wide to Richard Tracey.
His cross-shot was blocked by Andrew Collett in goal, but the ball fell kindly to Glover who tapped home from six yards.
Darlington's leveller came in the 77th minute when Hodgson broke down the left and rifled home from 20 yards, which Wilson could only parry and Conlon was on hand to knock in the rebound.
