TALENTED youngsters from Macclesfield Trampoline Club jumped to the top when they took part in the British schools championships.
The event, held at Cocks Moors Woods Leisure Centre in Birmingham, saw the children enjoy success after qualifying for the British finals through the Cheshire, North West and North of Britain rounds.
Ten-year-old William Powell won the under-11 elite boys’ category, making him British Schools Champion.
In the team event, Bethany Burrows aged 11, Rowena Moores, 10, nine-year-old Fiona Cornish and Katharine Fray, 11, were placed second in Britain in the under-11 elite girls competition.
The team added their silver performance to victories throughout the year in the Cheshire, North West and North of Britain Championships.
In another excellent result, 12-year-old Katie Cornish aged 12 competed individually in the under-13 girls elite and placed was place in seventh.
Sammi Smith competed in the under-19 girls elite team event, finishing fourth.
