ENTRIES are now being taken for the 26th annual Wilmslow Half Marathon, and athletes looking to join in should secure their place now.
The ASICS sponsored event, planned for March 28, will see an estimated 4,800 competitors pound the streets on the 13.1-mile course.
Organisers expect the allocated places to be filled within a matter of weeks and advise athletes who would like to take part to get their entry forms in as soon as possible.
The race’s official charity is Mencap but athlertes can elect to raise money for a charity of their choice.
