In 2009 Prestbury Golf Club’s young star Michael Bedford began to realise his huge talent, winning the Cheshire championship and the coveted Mitsushuba Northern Order of Merit title.

Now the 21-year-old is looking to improve his current, very impressive, +3 handicap even more as he also looks to move up the national rankings.

Michael has played with his current set of clubs for the past five years and he decided to take the best possible advice and help at the state-of-the-art custom-fitting centre at Scottsdale Golf in Sale.

He said: "At the level I have reached it only needs small percentages in technique and equipment to step up to the next level. I know of many top players in the region who have benefited from the Max Out system at Scottsdale, one of only nine worldwide.

"I spent a long session with Scottsdale’s Alan Beattie and found the whole experience very informative and I learned a lot about my own game from its excellent technology.

"I’m looking for more consistency and control in my game and, after working with Alan, I will be playing with Taylormade clubs in the coming season that have been custom fitted to suit my needs and I am convinced that they will bring about the improvements I am looking for.

"But whatever level of golf you play at the system at Scottsdale will effect an improvement in your game."
