Oceanico Group Pro-am Challenge

FOLLOWING on from a successful and extremely exciting event in 2007, the Pro-Am Challenge will once again return to the Marriott Worsley Park Hotel & Country Club in May.
The Oceanico Group will continue their Title Sponsorship of the event building on the success of their inaugural year in 2007 and will be hoping for another nail biting finish to the tournament.
The Pro-Am Challenge is a unique tournament on the Challenge Tour, allowing amateurs to take part and play alongside the Challenge Tour professionals in the tournament proper.
The tournament will be played over four days (Thurs – Sun). The first two rounds on Thursday and Friday will involve 156 Challenge Tour professionals battling it out to make the cut (top 50 and tied). Then for the last two rounds on Saturday and Sunday, the tournament will be played as a pro-am event with one professional and one amateur playing together.
