MARK was elected to Bollington Town Council in 1995 and re-elected in 1999 and 2004. While serving on the Council he took the initiative to set up new committees dealing with Bollington Youth, Trade & Tourism, and Council Personnel.  He served as Bollington Town Mayor 2000-01.

I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and have run my own business in Macclesfield for a number of years.
