A young driver from Macclesfield died in a horror smash with another car.
Thomas Woodward, 25, died when the Renault Megane he was driving was in collision with a Vauxhall Corsa on Monday night.
Police were called at around 6.15pm to the crash on Macclesfield Road in Eaton, Congleton.
Thomas Woodward, from Macclesfield, sadly died at the scene.
Two passengers of the Corsa were taken to Macclesfield Hospital with injuries.
One of them, a man, is believed to have minor injuries, while the other, a woman, is believed to have serious injuries.
Two children also in the Corsa were not injured.
