FRANK is a Scot who is an accountant and has worked in Africa for the UN, and in Europe, Asia and the USA as a Management Consultant. He now divides his time partly in a Mortgage and Insurance Brokerage business and partly at Cabinet in Macclesfield.
He plays golf in good weather, supports football and enjoys travel. He is married to Sheila and has two adult children who are both solicitors.
Frank says, " My aim for Cheshire East is to make the new authority more accountable to local people, and to bring back local services like street cleaning, gully emptying and grass cutting into local control - with the funding coming from the new authority to do that.
"Cheshire East needs to focus on schools, social services the built environment and roads. I hope my record of public service, as both a Borough and Alderley Edge Parish Councillor, demonstrates that I have the skills necessary to make a significant contribution to the new Council and represent local residents well.
