MARGARET Readman has two adult children and has lived in Macclesfield for many years. She works for the East Cheshire Branch of the Alzheimer's Society, at the Springbank Centre in Macclesfield.
Maggie is a qualified social worker and has in-depth knowledge of delivering services to people. She strongly supports better care in the community and the provision of facilities for younger people with learning disabilities, in particular autism.
Maggie is also a trustee of the local charity Friends for Leisure.
