The midwife dropped five dress sizes thanks to her remarkable diet
Super slim me!

MEET Big Macc’s very own Burger Queen.
Macclesfield midwife and fast food fanatic Heather Pointer has shed a Whopper-ing four stone and dropped five dress sizes by continuing to eat her favourite snacks.
But instead of getting a McDonald’s double cheeseburger, as she used to do, the 33-year-old mum-of-two ate herself slim by eating an unlimited amount of her favourite fatty bap feast – but filled with healthy ingredients.
Hunky Heather of Mill Lane, who suffered from post natal depression and heart palpitations after ballooning to a chunky 14 stone, saw a "huge" holiday snap of herself in 2006 and decided to do something about it.
More accustomed to buying fast foods from burger, chicken and Chinese joints, she began making her own healthy versions.
And, combined with an exercise regime, the pounds began rolling away. Now weighing a slender nine-and-a-half stone, she feels like a new woman.
She said: "After seeing my holiday pictures I was scared that I wouldn’t be around to see my children grow up and knew I had to curb my fast food lifestyle. My kids now say how pretty mummy looks and the difference that makes to your self esteem is massive."
But Heather, now a svelt size ten, who did it all by eating her favourite burgers, only uses the leanest of everything, mince and bacon and wholemeal bread, with a healthy garlic and chilli topping.
She has now left midwifery to start up her own slimming group.
And one of the first people to follow in her footsteps is hubby of seven years, Andy, 35, a computer draughtsman, who has lost two-and-a-half stone in the same time as Heather, and has just ridden the 55-mile Cat and Fiddle Bike Race.
Abandoning takeaways in favour of a balanced diet – yoghurt, fruit and cereal for breakfast, couscous for dinner and a burger in the evening – Heather has now hit her target weight and intends to stay there, even with her foot in plaster after having a bunion removed.
She said: "I thought I might comfort eat with being house-ridden for six weeks as I have a very sweet tooth.
"But it’s been really easy keeping the fat off. I just have to think of how happy and healthy my family are now, and I wouldn’t jeopardise that for the world."
