A man who performed a sex act in front of a child at Macclesfield Leisure Centre has been sentenced.
Seamus Sweeney, 26, of Range Court, Macclesfield, admitted intentionally engaging in sexual activity where he could be observed by child under the age of 13.
He was sentenced to 16 months in prison, suspended for two years, at Chester Crown Court on August 19.
Sweeney must also sign the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years.
