Police have launched a probe after a man suffered serious burns at a house.
Officers were called to reports for concerns for the welfare of a man on London Road, Macclesfield, on Sunday, October 16.
At 7pm they found a 56-year-old man at the property near Central Tyre and Auto Centre with serious burns.
Firefighters and paramedics also attended and the casualty was taken to hospital where he is recovering.
Police are trying to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident but are not looking for witnesses.
