A woman was cut from a car after a crash in which a vehicle smashed into a house on Cross Street.

Two fire crews attended the two-car collision at 7.43pm on Saturday.

One car crashed into the living room wall of a terraced house.

The road was closed and ambulance crews attended.

The structure of the house was damaged so crews isolated the electricity and gas supply.
