Two 19-year-old men are in a serious condition in hospital after their car crashed into a tree.
The pair, from Timperley, are fighting for their lives after the collision on Altrincham Road, Wilmslow, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Police said a silver Ford Focus was travelling along the A538, just north of the junction with Mobberley Road, when it left the road at 1.21am and collided with a tree.
Another passenger, a 34-year-old man, was travelling in the back seat of the car and suffered minor injuries.
