A winner who guessed the weight of a whopping turkey will be presented with the prize at the next Alderley Edge Farmers' Market.
Sue Hunt of Lomber Hey Farm ran the competition at the monthly market and a winner has been picked.
The weight was 69lbs 6ozs and the closest guess was 68 lbs.
Organiser Christine Munro said: “The prize of a turkey joint will be presented at our Christmas market.
“We will be having some additional seasonal stalls and mulled wine, together with mince pies, tasters of fruity Christmas pudding, and Christmas carol singing to get you in the spirit.
“Brian will be there from Guide Dogs for the Blind together with Eaton the guide dog puppy, and we're donating a raffle prize of market produce to raise funds for them."
Alderley Edge Farmers' Market is on Sunday, December 9, at Aldeli from 10am.
