GARDENING equipment was damaged after a rubbish fire in Poynton.
The blaze started when rubbish and fence panels were torched against a shipping container on Chester Road at around 2.45am on Saturday.
The fire caused damage to some gardening equipment inside.
Poynton firefighters used one hose reel to tackle the fire.
Police also attended.
