Colin Neil Carter, 36, of Garden Street, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to five charges – three counts of supplying heroin and two counts of supplying crack cocaine – and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on May 22, this year. He was sentenced to three years in jail.

Neil Wayne Davies, 35, of Dawson Road, Macclesfield, was jailed for 12 months, suspended for two years, with a supervision order for two years, for his role in the drug trade.
Davies pleaded guilty to five charges – three counts of supplying heroin, and two of supplying crack cocaine – and he was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on June 12.

Russell Derek Johnson, 45, of Ludlow Close, Macclesfield, was jailed for two years when he appeared at Chester Crown Court.
He admitted two charges – supplying heroin and crack cocaine – and he was sentenced on May 22.

Paul James McGetrick, 36, of Old Ribbon Mill, Pitt Street, Macclesfield, was locked up for four years and six months for his role in the Macclesfield drug trade.
He pleaded guilty to nine charges – five counts of supplying a class A drug, one of being concerned with supplying a controlled drug, and three of possessing a controlled drug with intent to supply – and was sentenced before a judge at Chester Crown Court on May 22.

Graham Matthew Easton, 38, of Ingram Drive, Blyth  and formerly of Macclesfield, was jailed for three years when he was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on May 22.
Easton pleaded guilty to two charges – supplying heroin and crack cocaine – when he appeared before Judge Dutton.

Wesley Robert Kelly, 27, of Pembroke Road, Macclesfield, was locked up for three years and nine months for his drug peddling.
The defendant admitted nine charges – eight counts of supplying a class A drug, and one of being concerned with supplying a controlled drug – and was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on June 5.

Victoria Anne Davenport, 39, of Old Ribbon Mill, Pitt Street, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to permitting her premises to be used in supplying a class A drug.
Davenport was given a two year community order with a supervision requirement and 12 months drug rehabilitation, when she was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on August 21.

Nicola Jane Lord, 31, of Lime Walk, Wilmslow, admitted three drug related charges and was jailed for two years.
The defendant pleaded guilty to being concerned with supplying a class A drug, permitting premises to be used in supplying a class A drug, and supplying a class A drug, and was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on July 24.

Lee Paul Bowler, 23, formerly of Macclesfield, was locked up for four years and six months after admitting nine drug charges.
Bowler pleaded guilty to seven counts of supplying a class A drug, and two counts of possessing heroin with intent to supply, he was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on June 12.

Christopher Roy Downes, 44, of Bollington Road, Macclesfield, was jailed for 11 months – suspended for two years – for his role in the town’s drugs trade.
Downes pleaded guilty to ten charges – six counts of being concerned with supplying a class A drug, one of permitting premises to be used in supplying a class A drug, and three charges of supplying a class A drug – he was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on August 18.
He was also given a two year community order with a two year supervision requirement.

Stephanie Maria Ash, 37, of Hallefield Drive, Macclesfield, was jailed for 32 weeks – suspended for two years – and was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on July 24.
Ash admitted two charges of being concerned with supplying a class A drug, and also was given community order with two years’ supervision and a 24 month drug rehabilitation requirement.

Christopher Alan Billing, 20, of Scott Hope Close, Macclesfield, was locked up in a young offenders’ institution for four years after admitting four drug charges.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of supplying a class A drug, and two counts of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply, and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on July 11.

Michael David John Penwarne, 34, of Brook Street, Macclesfield, was jailed for four years and eight months for dealing class A drugs in the town.
He pleaded guilty to 11 charges – five counts of supplying class A drugs and six of being concerned with the supply of class A drugs – and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on May 23.

James Joseph Lancaster, 33, of Mill Lane, Macclesfield, admitted six charges of supplying a class A drug, and was jailed for 32 months when he was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on June 25.

Michael Valentine Gorman, 38, of Vernon Road, Stockport, formerly of Macclesfield, was jailed for 12 months – suspended for two years – for his part in the drug trade.
Gorman admitted two charges, of supplying a class A drug, and possessing a class A drug with intent to supply, and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on August 21.
He was also given a two year community order which contained a sentence of 200 hours’ community punishment, and also two years’ supervision.

Steven Addison, 38, of Dawson Road, Macclesfield, was jailed for two years and four months when he was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on August 21.
Addison pleaded guilty to two counts of supplying a class A drug.

Travis Dean Grandison, 27, of Millbrook Grove, Wilmslow, was locked up for four years for drug dealing.
He pleaded guilty to seven charges – five counts of supplying a class A drug, one count of permitting premises to be used in supplying a class A drug, and one of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply – and was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on July 24.

Darren Paul Champagnie, 40, of Tilston Walk, Wilmslow, was jailed for 2,045 days (five years and seven months) for one drug trafficking offence.
Champagnie pleaded guilty to permitting premises to be used in the supply of a class A drug and was sentenced at Warrington Crown Court last Thursday (September 4).

Douglas Reid, 34, of Ladybrook Grove, Wilmslow, was jailed for two years for his part in the drug trade.
Reid pleaded guilty to two counts of permitting premises to be used in supply of a class A drug and was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on July 24.

Edwin Lewis O’Donnell, 18, formerly of Macclesfield, was jailed for two years in a young offenders’ institution for dealing class A drugs.
O’Donnell pleaded guilty to five charges – three counts of supplying heroin, and two of supplying crack cocaine – and was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on June 12.

Anthony Haslam, 25, of Garden Close, Macclesfield, was locked up for four years for a total of 15 drug offences.
Haslam pleaded guilty to nine counts of supplying a class A drug, and six counts of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply, and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on August 21.

Peter John Jones, 43, of Park Lane, Macclesfield, was jailed for two years after admitting two charges of drug dealing.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of supplying a class A drug, and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on August 21.

Cara Dawn Potts, 21, of Maple Avenue, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to supplying a class A drug, and was jailed for eight months – suspended for two years – and given a 12 month community order with 100 hours’ community punishment.
Potts was sentenced at Warrington Crown Court last Friday (September 5).

Darren Peter Green, 41, of Wilwick Lane, Macclesfield, was jailed for three years after admitting six drug related charges.
Green pleaded guilty to four counts of supplying a class A drug, and two counts of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug, and was sentenced at Warrington Crown Court on Friday (September 5).

Jason Lee Doyle, 23, of Moss Lane, Macclesfield, was jailed for five years at Chester Crown Court on May 23.
He pleaded guilty to two charges of conspiracy to supply a class A drug – one count of supplying crack cocaine and one of heroin.

Paul Reynolds, 22, of Mayfield Terrace, Macclesfield, was jailed for five years for his role in the drug trade.
He pleaded guilty to two charges of conspiracy to supply a class A controlled drug – one count of supplying crack cocaine, and one of heroin – and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on May 23.

Phillip Carl McMullin, 39, of Woodhouse Park, Wythenshawe, was jailed for two years for drug dealing.
He pleaded guilty to two charges of supplying a class A drug and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on August 19.

Craig John Allen, 25, from Suffolk Close, Macclesfield, was jailed for four years and eight months after he admitted five counts of drug dealing.
He pleaded guilty to five charges of supplying a class A drug, and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on May 23.

Wesley Butcher, 28, of Rosslyn Street, Liverpool, admitted one drug charge.
He pleaded guilty to offering to supply a class A drug and was sentenced to 12 months in prison at Chester Crown Court on April 18.

Christopher Michael Davies, 23, of Brown Street, Macclesfield, was jailed for 32 months for drug dealing.
The defendant pleaded guilty to four charges of supplying a class A drug and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on April 18.

David Andrew Berry, 25, of Pembroke Road, Macclesfield, was jailed for two years and eight months, for a handful of drug dealing charges.
Berry admitted six charges – five counts of supplying a class A drug, and one of being concerned with the supply of a class A drug – and was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on June 5.

Lee Anthony Smith, 42, of Dawson Close, Macclesfield, admitted six charges of supplying a class A drug.
He was sentenced to 32 months at Chester Crown Court on April 18.

Colin Andrew Knowles, 33, of Fountain Street, Macclesfield, was jailed for 32 months after admitting nine drug dealing charges.
He pleaded guilty to nine counts of supplying a class A drug and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on May 23.

Michelle Townes, 29, of Dawson Road, Macclesfield, was locked up for three months for her role in the drug network.
The defendant admitted three charges – possessing a class A drug, being concerned with supplying a class A drug, and attempting to be concerned in the supply of heroin – and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on May 12

Simon Roy Bracegirdle, 32, of Hibel Road, Macclesfield, was jailed for two years after admitting five drug charges.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of supplying a class A drug, and two counts of being concerned with supplying a class A drug, and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on May 23.

Stephen Christopher Hayes, 23, of Chapel Street, Macclesfield, was jailed for three years and four months for his part in the drug trade.
He admitted possession of a class A drug with intent to supply, two charges of supplying a class A drug, and one charge of being concerned in supplying a class A drug, and was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on June 12.

David Mark Parrin, 21, of Mayfield Avenue, Macclesfield, was jailed for three years and four months in a young offenders’ institution for drug dealing.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of supplying a class A drug, four counts of possessing with intent to supply a class A drug, and one of possessing a class A drug, and was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on June 12.

James Edward Snow, 37, of Alma Wood Close, Chorley, and formerly of Macclesfield, was jailed for three years after admitting two drug charges.
Snow pleaded guilty to being concerned with supplying crack cocaine, and possessing a class A drug, and was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on April 18.

APPEALS

Two other defendants have appealed against their sentences:

Lee Brian Sharpley, 32, of Sunnybank Close, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to two charges of supplying a class A drug and was sentenced to two years at Knutsford Crown Court on July 24.

William Thomas Harrison, 47, of Danes Square, Macclesfield, was jailed for four years and six months after he admitted eight drug offences.
Harrison pleaded guilty to four counts of supplying a class A drug, and four counts of being concerned with supplying a class A drug, and was sentenced at Knutsford Crown Court on July 24.

No date has been set for either appeal hearing.
