Police are hunting a man who failed to appear in court.
Scott Joseph Cole was bailed to appear at Macclesfield Magistrates Court on Thursday on four public order offences including two which are racially-aggravated.
All four charges relate to an incident in the town on August 13 last year.
However, the 23-year-old, of Parkgate Road, Macclesfield, failed to appear at court.
Police believe Mr Cole could be in the Macclesfield area.
Inspector Steve Griffiths of Macclesfield NPU said: "We are continuing our enquiries to locate Mr Cole and are appealing to anyone who has any information as to his whereabouts to come forward.
"My advice to anyone who sees Mr Cole would be to not approach him, but to ring police immediately on 999."
