A MACCLESFIELD dad-of-three has been jailed for life after the brutal murder of a 60-year-old man.
The 33-year-old killer was told by a judge he will serve a minimum of 17-and-a-half years behind bars after admitting the murder
A second man, from Stoke, also pleaded guilty to the joint murder - at a Blackpool flat in early 2008 - and was jailed for 17 years.
Both defendants were sentenced at Preston Crown Court last Thursday (January 22).
