Sophie, 24, was fatally injured when her car hit a tree in Over Alderley.

Her family were among hundreds who attended her funeral at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday, December 4.

Sophie went to Fallibroome Academy where she developed her love of singing, dancing and acting and was an aspiring actress and singer.

In a statement her family said: "Sophie Spencer was a beautiful, caring and selfless daughter and sister with a bubbly, humorous personality.

"She was an aspiring actress, singer, natural performer and attended The Manchester School of Acting.

"Sophie had a passion to succeed in all that she did. Her presence lit up every room and is a presence that will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all that knew her."

Cheshire Police have issued a further appeal for witnesses to Sophie's accident, which happened on Monday, 24 November.

Police were called to the scene at 7.49pm, on the B5087 Macclesfield Road, Over Alderley, near to The Wizard public house.

Sophie was driving a silver Peugeot 206 hatchback.

Sgt Andy Denison said: "We urgently need to speak with anyone who witnessed anything in relation to this collision, who stopped at the scene of the collision or drove past whilst the Peugeot was in situ at the side of the road.
