A HIP-hop artist is releasing his new EP on the humble audio cassette.

Beit Nun, aka Ben Mitchell, is also releasing Death By This Adventure on digital MP3.

The 29-year-old rapper from Macclesfield tackles the big topic of man-kind's self-destructive nature on the EP out today (Dec 22).

Also featured on the EP are local hip-hop talent including Chris Leese, R.O.B and Jane Ellis, as well as Northampton-based artists Drunken Master and RedEye.

The artwork was designed by Sound Soldier Productions.

Beit Nun has been recording since 2005. He also has 10 music videos to accompany his releases.

He has performed all over the country both as a solo artist and with the now disbanded group Four-Max.

His most recent single Back, which features on the Death By This Adventure EP is getting airplay on the BBC radio network.

Ben said: "This release is a loose-concept EP which touches on the topic of vices and the self-destructive nature of mankind."

Over the next few months Beit Nun will be working on a full length solo album called Exceeding Expectations.
