Awards to celebrate Macclesfield and Wilmslow’s best businesses are now open for entries.
Businesses and other organisations are invited to enter the Macclesfield and Wilmslow Business Awards, which recognise the area’s high fliers in a variety of categories.
The Express helps sponsor the awards which are now in their third year.
It’s free to enter and the deadline is Monday, September 30, with a lavish awards, ceremony being held on Thursday, November 21, at AstraZeneca’s Hurdsfield site in Macclesfield.
A second launch event is at The Yard, Alderley Edge, on Thursday, May 16, from 6pm.
The event is sponsored by Thorneycroft Solicitors and drinks and canapes will be served, with live entertainment from singer-songwriter Sadie Pickering, whose parents Jeannie and Stewart Pickering run The Yard.

Sponsors already signed up for categories include NatWest Bank, Orbit Developments and Cheshire East Council, but more sponsors are welcome.
Organisations which sponsor the event receive benefits including links, a profile and branding on the website.
