A family has lost 15 years’ worth of precious memories after a bag containing home videos was swiped from a residential street.

Michael Leonard, who is dad to fifteen-year-old Sam, Millie, 12, and Grace, 10, says a Tesco bag containing 10 family dvds went missing after they were left at the gate at his parents house on Park Mount Drive ready to be collected.

He said: “The DVDs of my three babies’ whole lives have gone missing, we recorded everything from their first birthdays, christenings, bath times and family holidays.

“It’s precious stuff that is of no value to anyone but us.”

Michael, who lives in Alderley Edge but had arranged for the DVDs to be dropped off at his parents house in Macclesfield after his daughter borrowed them, added: “It was probably just kids who thought it was something a bit more exciting, but we desperately want them back.

“I don’t care who took them. Maybe someone has seen them dumped somewhere, or the person who took them still has them.”
