Cheshire crime falls six per cent

Crime in Cheshire has fallen by six per cent, according to new figures.

Crime in Cheshire has fallen by six per cent, according to new figures.

It means there were almost 3,500 fewer crimes reported between June 2011 and June 2012 compared to the previous year.

The figures include an eight percent fall in house burglaries, 750 fewer assaults, and an 11 percent drop in robbery.
