The Wilmslow-based Cheshire A Cappella is set to raise the roof - and cash at their latest event.

Singers are offering home made cakes and other sweet treats at a Pudding Fest fundraiser on Sunday, November 11.

Tickets cost £3 and people can pay on the door or in advance to secure a seat.

The event will take place at the Morley Club, on Mobberley Road, in Wilmslow.

Hilary Pinnock, of Cheshire A Cappella, said: "Guests will be furnished with a bowl and a spoon. It’s then up to them to gorge yourself as much as you want with the sweet treats provided.

"Whether its your favourite is tiramisu, lemon drizzle cake or apple pie and cream, the chances are, all three will be on offer for you to try.

"There will be plenty of tea and coffee too to help you wash it down."

Doors open at 12.30pm until 3pm at the Morley Club on Mobberley Road in Wilmslow.

The chorus members hail from all areas including Stockport, Manchester, Marple, Poynton, Sale, Altrincham, Hale, Alderley, Prestbury, Wilmslow, Bollington and beyond. They perform at corporate and charity events, music festivals and annual UK championships.

They meet every Wednesday evening at 7.30pm at The Morley Club.
