A haul of bikes and garden equipment was stolen from a shed.
Offenders broke in and stole five bikes and 15 electronic tools including a lawn mower, jet wash, hedge cutter, drills and sanders from the outbuildings at the house on Lees Lane, Newton, Macclesfield.
A 20 year old silver Peugeot mountain bike with blue handlebars was among the items taken.
Police had reports of the burglary overnight between around 11pm on Wednesday, November 12, and 6.50am on Thursday, November 12.
PC Karen Roome, from Macclesfield Police, said: "We're appealing for details of any vehicles seen parked in the area at the time or of people acting suspiciously.
"We remind residents to remain vigilant and keep valuables locked away and out of sight."
