It all seems so long ago when hopes were high for an England victory in South Africa. Young and old alike daubed their faces in the colours of St George to give the Langley village fete patriotic flavour. Despite the England team’s dismal World Cup defeat to Germany, visitors on the day still had plenty of fun.
