Shaun David Patrick Mortimer, 28, of Coronation Street, Macclesfield, admitted assault by beating. He was given 100 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay his victim £50 compensation.

John Paul Doran, 46, of Brook Street, Macclesfield, admitted assault by beating. He was bailed for sentencing on December 7.

Danielle Lauren Jackson, 27, of Pownall Street, Macclesfield, admitted assault by beating. She was given 175 hours unpaid work and 15 days rehabilitation activity. She was also given a restraining order for a year and was ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Stephen Paul Kershaw, 47, of Nelson Street, Macclesfield, admitted theft of gift boxes from Iceland, theft of meat from Aldi and theft of whisky from B&M Bargains. He was committed to prison for 42 days suspended for 12 months.

Daniel Jones, 27, of South Street, Crewe, admitted criminal damage of a picture frame in Macclesfield. He was ordered to pay £20 compensation and given a restraining order for two years.

Ian James McIntyre, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted theft of meat from the Co-op, theft of motorcycle locks from Halfords, and breaching a court order following release from prison. He was jailed for 14 days and was ordered to pay £160 compensation.

Mark Anthony Earles, 52, of Range Court, Macclesfield, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at Crewe bus station. He was fined £80.

Alfie Parker, 19, of Hawthorne Grove, Poynton, admitted assault by beating in Stockport. He was fined £125.

Marcin Ospowicz, 36, of Knight Street, Macclesfield, admitted taking a Chrysler Grand Voyager without consent. He was given a curfew for four months and ordered to pay £250 compensation.

Lee Anthony Smith, 51, of Portland Walk, Macclesfield, admitted theft of spirits worth £55 from Tesco. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Alan Emagono, 18, of Benton Street, Manchester, admitted having an offensive weapon, namely a baseball bat, in Gas Street, Macclesfield, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was bailed for sentence on December 13.

Stewart Kevin Jeffers, 21, of Midville Road, Manchester, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Gas Street, Macclesfield. He was given 80 hours unpaid work.

Benjamin Thomas Graham Reddy, 28, care of Briarwood Avenue, Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage and obstructing a police constable. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £100 compensation. He was also given a restraining order for two years.

Jane Ellis, 43, of Lords Mill Road, Crewe, admitted possession of cannabis, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Macclesfield. She was given 30 days Rehabilitation Activity, fined £180 and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

Annette Louise Morris, 57, of Oxford Road, Macclesfield, admitted assault. She was bailed for sentencing on December 14.
