Daniel Lyall, 30, of Kensington Square, Macclesfield, was found guilty in absence of travelling on the railway without paying the £2.50 fare. He was fined £440.

Nicholas Paul Housley, 35, of Barnaby Road, Poynton, admitted two charges of assault and using violence to gain entry into premises on Mill Lane, Macclesfield. He was bailed for the sentence on November 30.

Ashley James Whittaker, 32, of Hallefield Drive, Macclesfield, admitted two charges of theft of three razor gift packs worth £60 from B&M Bargains. He was given a six months prison sentence suspended for 12 months and 100 hours unpaid work. He must also pay £60 compensation.

Stephen Paul Kershaw, 47, of Nelson Street, Macclesfield, admitted theft of four gift boxes of alcohol worth £20 from Iceland, theft of meat worth £45 from Aldi, and theft of two bottles of whisky worth £22.98 from B&M. He will be sentenced at a future date.

Emma Louise Greenwood, 23, of Cross Street, Congleton, admitted harassment to a victim in Macclesfield. The offence was aggravated due to hostility based on the sexual (or presumed) orientation of the victim. She was given a community order and 20 days rehabilitation activity with a restraining order for five years. She was also fine £150.

Rohan Charlotte Croot, 43, of Newton Street, Macclesfield, admitted theft of four bottles of alcohol worth £104 from Marks and Spencers. She was bailed for the sentence on November 25.

Daniel Whitmore, 22, of no fixed abode, admitted assault in Macclesfield and criminal damage. He was bailed for the sentence on December 7.

Keith Bracegirdle, 54, of Cornbrook Road, Macclesfield, was found guilty of assault. He was bailed for the sentence on December 2.

Trevor Garrett, 39, of Kent Walk, Macclesfield, denied assault. He was bailed for the trial on December 12.

Stephanie Maria Ash, 45, of Hallefield Drive, Macclesfield, admitted theft of meat worth between £26 and £36 from Co-op. She was given a conditional discharge.

Ashley James Whittaker, 32, of Hallefield Drive, Macclesfield, admitted theft of meat worth between £26 and £36 from the Co-op. He was given a conditional discharge.

Leon Norbury, 28, of Berwick Close, Macclesfield, admitted drug driving. He was fined £300 and banned for 15 months.

Helen Caroline Fish, 40, of Brookside Avenue, Poynton, admitted drink driving in Macclesfield with a breathalyser reading of 119mg. She was given a prison sentence of eight weeks suspended for 12 months, a 10 day rehabilitation activity and a Drink Impaired Drivers Programme. She was also banned for four years.

Craig Roy John Heywood, 42, of Nelson Street, Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage of a window and damage to a police vehicle. He was jailed for six weeks.
