Andrew Junior Chambers, 45, of Slade Road, Wolverhampton, admitted theft of two tool kits worth £300 from Halfords in Macclesfield. He was sentenced to 20 weeks suspended for 12 months. He was also given a 12 weeks curfew and 10 days Rehab requirement.

Christopher Stefan Greenwood, 23, of Kendal Road, Macclesfield, admitted two charges of assault of a police constable, and two charges of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. He was given a curfew for two months, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Stuart Paul Kenton, 45, of Clarendon Street, Wolverhampton, admitted theft of two tool kits worth £300 from Halfords in Macclesfield and two kits worth £450 from Halfords Congleton. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Colin Holmes, 55, of Avonside Way, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving. He was fined £375 and was banned for 12 months.

Alan Philip Millward, 60, of Leek Road, Bosley, admitted drink driving. He was fined £250 and was banned for 17 months.

James Francis Goodier, 21, of Broodfield Lane, Macclesfield, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. He was fined £150.

Daniel Whitmore, 22, of Priory Lane, Macclesfield, admitted assault and criminal damage on a basis. He was bailed for a newton hearing on November 11.

Danielle Lauren Jackson, 27, of South Park Road, Macclesfield, admitted assault. She was bailed for the sentence on November 16.

Neal Adams, 42, of Ash Grove, Macclesfield, admitted threatening the victim who was subject to a restraining order and breaching a court order. He was jailed for 26 weeks.

Gareth Lee Oldham, 32, of Pitt Street, Macclesfield, admitted two charges of being drunk and disorderly at Sandbach railway station and on Sunderland Street, Macclesfield, and breaching court orders. He was ordered to pay a total of £355 in fines and costs.

Michael Anthony Bradley, 49, of Danes Square, Macclesfield, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, resisting arrest and criminal damage of a body camera. He was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 compensation.

Christopher Harding, 54, of Glenheld Drive, Poynton, was found not guilty of assault.
