• Roger Ainsworth, 52, of Bransdale Way, Macclesfield, admitted causing harassment, alarm or distress, and two charges of assaulting a police officer. He was given 150 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £200 compensation and was given a restraining order for two years.
  • Scott Jonathan Beard, 41, of Mill Road, Macclesfield, admitted theft of burgers. He was given a conditional discharged for 12 months and must pay £6 compensation to One Stop Plc.
  • John Peter Isgar, 61, of Ivy Road, Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage and harassment. He was bailed for sentencing on September 27.
  • David Pengelly, 29, of Copperfield Road, Poynton, admitted assault and criminal damage. He was bailed for a newton hearing on January 10.
  • Cameron Slessor, 34, of Antrobus Street, Congleton, admitted two charges of criminal damage, assault and wilfully obstructing a police officer in Macclesfield. He was bailed for the sentence on September 27.
  • Kayleigh Marie Earles, 26, of Hulley Road, Macclesfield, admitted assault. She was ordered to pay £100 compensation.
  • Tyler Carlyle Spencer, 22, of Hungerford Road, Crewe, admitted assault of a woman and criminal damage in Macclesfield. He was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months. He was also given a two month curfew and a restraining order for three years. He must also pay £100 compensation.
  • Paul Anthony Driver, 46, of HMP Dovegate, admitted possession of diazepam and tramadol tablets in Macclesfield. He was given a conditional discharge for six months.
  • Nicholas David Sharples, 24, of Park Lane, Poynton, admitted criminal damage to two banners at Poynton Working Men’s Club and was found guilty to £730 of criminal damage to a Mercedes after a trial. He was given 60 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £798 compensation.
  • Sean David Andrew Roberts, 39, of Nelson Street, Macclesfield, admitted breaching as criminal behaviour order by swearing at members of the public. He was jailed for seven days.
