The following people have all appeared before South and East Cheshire Magistrates Courts.

John Hall, 45, of Sunnybank Close, Macclesfield, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

He was given a community order with curfew to remain indoors from 7pm to 7am for six weeks.

Roberta Scott, 48, of Mill Lane, Macclesfield, admitted assault. She was given a conditional discharge.

Christian James, 42, of Warwick Close, Macclesfield, admitted nine charges of theft.

He was given a community order with curfew preventing him from leaving the house between 7pm to 7am for four weeks, drug rehabilitation, and drug and alcohol treatment.

Reece Flynn, 24, of London Road, Macclesfield, admitted breaching a community order he received for driving an off-road bike while unfit from drugs. He was given a community order with curfew banning him from leaving his home from 7pm to 7am for 10 weeks.

Christopher Wayne Hibbert, 39, of Percyvale Street, Macclesfield, admitted possession of two hack saw blades for use in the attempted theft of alcohol, shavers and a watch, and attempted theft from Sainsbury’s in Macclesfield. He was jailed for 20 weeks.

Jordan James Hulse, 20, of St Paul’s Court, Macclesfield, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work sessions.

He was given a three month curfew preventing him from leaving his home between 7pm and 7am until November 23.

Carley Herrmann, 34, of Knight Street, Macclesfield, admitted three charges of theft. She was jailed for six weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £97.49.

Liam Max Wilson, 19, of Grimshaw Lane, Bollington, admitted using threatening or abusive words of behaviour. He was fined £100.

Simon Charles Burnley, 40, of Mill Lane, Macclesfield, admitted indecent exposure. He was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison suspended for a year.

Richard Pickles, 21, of Fir Court, Macclesfield, admitted assault.

He was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement.

He was also fined £250 and ordered to pay £200 compensation.
