A shop owner wants to reunite some White Nancy products with a customer after they mislaid them.

Heather Bamber, from No Place Like Home on Mill Street, Macclesfield, sold a 'White Nancy' cushion, card and artwork to a customer who told her their name was Nancy.

But two weeks later Heather received a phone call from staff at Macclesfield Hospital saying the same bag of goodies had been accidentally left at the hospital.

The cushion, made by Marlene Hargreaves, card with words by John Gaskell, and artwork by Ian Coppack, were all bought on Thursday, May 28th.

They were found in a bag at the hospital's Royal Voluntary Service shop on Tuesday, June 9.

Heather said: “I only know her first name but it would be wonderful to reunite her with her lost gifts.

"I hope someone can help put us in touch.

“My shop is so well supported by Bollington, and White Nancy items are my best seller. Everyday I sell White Nancy gifts created by local artists.”

If you are Nancy, or think you know the owner of the gifts, call Heather on 01625 440060.
